Madhuri Dixit

Madhuri Dixit is a well-known Indian actress known for her performances in the films Beta Saajan and Hum Hain Kun..! The actress began her career in the early 1980s. Her role as Anil Kapoor in Tezaab has made her hugely well-known. Then, she starred alongside Aamir as part of Dil. In Mumbai the city she was born within a middle class family parents. As a child, she began to learn about age, she started to study dance. At the age of 16, she began acting and was a victim for a few years as the majority of her films at first were unsuccessful. Then she found her way to success and she was one of the most prominent actresses within the Indian film industry. After her wedding, she took a short absence from acting before returning. In recent times, she was an integral part of Gulaab Gang about Indian women. Dixit has been nominated for the fifteen Filmfare Awards, out of which she took home eight. Dixit was also awarded her Padma Shri the fourth highest civilian honour in India. She also has a reputation for social activism.
